
Trademarks are words, phrases, symbols, designs or combinations thereof that identify and distinguish the source of goods of one party from those of others. A Service Mark is the same as a trademark, except that it identifies the source of a service rather than a product. Generally trademarks refer to both trademarks and service marks.
